We are a local chapter of the Society of Women Engineers in the Tri Cities area of Tennessee. SWE is a professional society focused on providing resources to women in the engineering industry through professional development, service, and social events. ​SWE's Mission Statement: "Empower women to achieve their full potential in careers as engineers and leaders; expand the image of the engineering and technology professions as a positive force in improving the quality of life, and demonstrate the value of diversity and inclusion."
