Daria Foster

Hi, I am Daria Foster. I am the Vice President for the SWE Tri-Cities Chapter. I graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering.

I started at Eastman in May 2021 as a Process Improvement Engineer in the Polymer Intermediates Department. In August 2023, I switched to become a Scale-Up Engineer where I support various projects throughout the plant.

Within SWE, we have a great community of female engineers that act as mentors, coworkers, and friends. It is great to have these connections and grow them through the social events that we put on.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, playing violin, and way too much trivia. I'm also working on getting back into hiking!
