Lauren McLoughlin

Hi, I am Lauren McLoughlin. I am the Secretary for the SWE Tri-Cities Chapter. I graduated from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor's and Master's in Chemical Engineering.

I started at Eastman in June 2022 as a Process Safety Design Engineer, and I am in the LAUNCH Rotational Program. As Team Lead for the PR Team, I hope to increase SWE's reach across the Tri-Cities through an engaging social media presence and can connect with other members. 

Outside of work, I enjoy volleyball and lots of other sports, painting, and traveling.
