Meagan Espinoza

Hi, I am Meagan Espinoza. I am on the Public Relations/Social Media Team for the SWE Tri-Cities Chapter. I graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering.

I started full-time at Eastman in July 2022. I am a Process Improvement Engineer supporting methanol and methyl acetate production for Eastman's acetyl stream.

I have always been a part of organizations that support women and women's rights. Being part of SWE has let me continue this passion, while also connecting it to my career in engineering! I hope to grow in my own professional development and give others the opportunity to succeed as women in STEM.

Outside of work, I enjoy salsa dancing, hiking, and solo-traveling.
